PHASES OF THE HOME BUYING PROCESS
Get Pre-Approved
You will need a pre-approval from a bank or mortgage company in order to place a bid on a home. This tells us what you can afford.
Find and Tour Homes
I will send you homes for your consideration and then we will plan a strategy to see them. I will take into consideration your wants and needs.
I'll call the listing agent for any perculuraties about the home as they present itself. Staying close to the listing agent is paramount.
Make an Offer / Inspections
Once you decide on a home or property. I will work with you on preparing the timing of the deposits and closing date and
submit the offer to the listing agent. Upon acceptance, I will assist you in hiring the inspector and negotiating through the issues.
Negotiation
Bids are either asking price, lower or higher. The listing agent will either accept, reject or negotiate. When it comes time to for the appraisal, the bank
or mortgage banker will only determine the loan amount given based on this. I offer appraisal strategies that will work in the end to win the home.
Close
Prior to closing I will help you strategize your move. We will do a walk through prior to closing at the attorney’s office to make sure no damages have been incurred There will be documents to sign and change the utilities in your name
